Madrid Marathon

The Madrid Marathon is one of Spain’s most iconic running events, attracting over 42,000 runners each year. As part of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series, it stands out for its unique atmosphere, with more than 20 live concerts along the course.

Held at the end of April, this marathon is known for its challenging course due to significant elevation changes, especially in the second half. However, it offers an immersive experience through the heart of the Spanish capital, passing by landmarks such as the Gran Vía, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and Retiro Park, where the finish line is located. The event also features a half marathon and a 10 km race to cater to all types of runners.
